Facilitated by Pastor Lori, Women of Truth is not a common, cliché, cookie-cutter ladies’ Bible study group. We are so much more than a once-a-month gathering. Rather, we are a tightly-knit alliance of sisters in Christ who share and care for each other, pray and support each other, and laugh and relate with each other.
Communication with each other is a major and essential part of who we are, whether in person, through notes and cards, by phone, by text, by online messenger group, by Facebook. Our ladies know that when going through hard times, we can lean on one another and find encouragement and empowerment. Women of Truth is firmly a no-judgment, no-gossip zone. Growing closer to God and closer to each other has helped us realize genuine joy and bountiful blessings.
Women ages 18 and up are very welcome to join us the first Thursday evening of each month at 6:30 in the banquet room at MCL Restaurant & Bakery, 1390 Keystone Way, Carmel, IN 46032. We each grab our dinners, eat and chat, have a 15-minute lesson/topic-of-interest discussion, and finish with a drawing for door prizes. Whether you’re a gal who has been at LTC for years, months, or even a single service, you’ll fit in and have fun.
