Pastor Lori Erickson Trump
An ordained minister, Lori Erickson Trump serves in Carmel, Indiana, a northside suburb of Indianapolis. She and Pastor Keith Trump have four children ranging in age from 30 to 13 as well as four grandchildren.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science dual degree in Communications and English from Drury University and a Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership from Wesley Seminary. Besides frequently journeying the globe with her husband, she enjoys quality time with family and friends, taekwondo, good decaf coffee, singing, Asian dramas, fantasy football, and artisan chocolates.
Facilitated by Pastor Lori, Ladies of Truth is not a common, cliché, cookie-cutter ladies’ Bible study group. We are so much more than a once-a-month gathering. Rather, we are a tightly-knit alliance of sisters in Christ who share and care for each other, pray and support each other, and laugh and relate with each other.
Communication with each other is a major and essential part of who we are, whether in person, through notes and cards, by phone, by text, by online messenger group, by Facebook. Our ladies know that when going through hard times, we can lean on one another and find encouragement and empowerment. Ladies of Truth is firmly a no-judgment, no-gossip zone. Growing closer to God and closer to each other has helped us realize genuine joy and bountiful blessings.
Women ages 18 and up are very welcome to join us the third Thursday evening of each month at 6:30 at local restaurants in Carmel. We each grab our dinners, eat and chat, have a 15-minute lesson/topic-of-interest discussion, and finish with a drawing for door prizes. Whether you’re a gal who has been at LTC for years, months, or even a single service, you’ll fit in and have fun.
